This Cookie Policy explains what cookies and similar technologies we use on the websites operated under the "Delv Express" brand by Lazyfoxs Logistics Pvt Ltd, what they do, why we use them and how you can control them.
1. What are cookies
1.1 Cookies are small text files placed on your device by the website you visit. They allow the website to remember information about your visit — preferences, sign-in state, security tokens — for a period that the cookie specifies.
1.2 Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, IndexedDB, web beacons (sometimes called pixels or clear GIFs), software development kits ("SDKs") in our mobile applications, and server-side log files that record similar information. For convenience, this Policy uses "cookies" to refer to all of these unless otherwise stated.
2. Categories of cookies we use
We classify cookies into four categories. Strictly necessary cookies are set as soon as you visit the website because the website cannot function without them. All other cookies are set only after you grant consent through the cookie banner that appears on your first visit.
2.1 Strictly necessary cookies
Used for core operation of the website — session continuity, authentication, security tokens, load-balancer affinity, fraud prevention.

You cannot disable strictly necessary cookies in our banner. You may block them in your browser settings, but the website will not function correctly.
2.2 Functional / preference cookies
Used to remember UI preferences such as language, theme and saved filters. Set only after you grant consent.

2.3 Analytics cookies

2.4 Marketing cookies
Used to measure the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns and (where you opt in) to display relevant Delv Express updates on third-party sites. We do not allow third-party advertisers to display targeted advertising on the tracking pages we serve on behalf of Customers. Set only after you grant consent.

We do not use cross-device fingerprinting or device-graph identifiers.
3. Mobile applications — SDKs
Our Delv Partner mobile application uses the following SDKs that may store identifiers locally on your device or read device characteristics:

The app does not include advertising SDKs, social-login SDKs, third-party analytics SDKs that build cross-app profiles, or any SDK that reads SMS, call logs, contacts, calendar or microphone.
The Customer dashboard and branded tracking pages are subject to the cookie behaviour described in section 2.
4. Cookies on tracking pages we serve for Customers
Branded tracking pages embed only strictly necessary cookies and one Customer-configurable functional cookie that remembers the customer's tracking-page preferences. We do not allow third-party trackers, pixels or advertising tags on these pages.
5. How to control cookies
5.1 In our banner. On first visit, the cookie banner offers "Accept all", "Decline non-essential" and "Customise". You can return to "Cookie Preferences" from the website footer at any time.
5.2 In your browser. All modern browsers let you delete existing cookies, prevent new cookies, or limit cookies to specific origins. See your browser's documentation:

5.3 Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. We treat a "Do Not Track" or "Global Privacy Control" signal as an opt-out of non-essential cookies for the device or browser sending it.
5.4 Mobile application identifiers. On Android: Settings → Apps → Delv Partner → Permissions; and Settings → Privacy → Ads (to reset the advertising ID, though we do not use it). Notification permission can be managed similarly.
6. Withdrawal of consent
You may withdraw cookie consent at any time using the "Cookie Preferences" link in the website footer or by deleting the delv_consent cookie in your browser. Withdrawal does not affect prior processing.
7. Updates to this Cookie Policy
We update the cookie inventory at least every six (6) months and on any material vendor change. The "Last updated" date at the top of this Policy reflects the most recent change.
