The full rate card, before you sign up. Distance is billed on straight-line distance between pickup and drop, multiplied by a published 1.4x NCR road factor — not a black-box "surge".

Rates shown are Delv Quick defaults and may vary slightly by zone. Every order locks its quote for 10 minutes at booking — the amount charged never changes after that, regardless of traffic or time taken.

Delv Quick runs zone by zone, each with a hard radius. Your launch zone and exact coverage map are confirmed the moment you sign up — we don't claim citywide coverage we haven't built yet.
Extended hours today, night by advance booking
We are not 24×7 yet and won't say we are until it's true. Today: extended daytime and evening hours. Night orders (12am–6am) are accepted booked-ahead only — book before 9pm — at the published night minimum.
Weight verified at pickup
Every rider carries a digital scale. Declared weight is checked before the rider leaves the pickup point, so the quote you booked is the quote you pay.

Delivered & settled
POD or COD-OTP at drop. Your wallet settles at exactly the locked quote — itemized in your passbook.
Default cover: ₹1,000, or your invoice value — whichever is lower. Carrying something worth more? Declare the invoice value when you book and pay about 1% of it, and we cover you up to that declared value instead.
Never covered: cash, jewellery, bullion, electronics worth more than ₹5,000, unpacked fragile items, and anything temperature-sensitive. Riders carry the right to refuse any of these — or any other suspicious parcel — at pickup, photo-audited, at no cancellation charge to you.
Claims: raise one from your dashboard within 7 days of delivery, invoice in hand. We refuse a claim where our delivery photo and OTP already show the parcel reached the customer.
